If there is no real transparency, as many of your type point out, then how can anything be verified about this company, bad OR good?
The fact is, if no one really knows the financial situation of the company, and the true share structure is not public knowledge, then you really have no idea if this company is a scam, or just appears to be a scam in your opinion. It's all speculation. In your case, based upon what a typical pinksheet company is. EESO appears to walk like a duck and quack like a duck, but for all you know it is really a golden goose.
Yes, there is an SEC suit, but it has not been completed yet, so we don't know if it has any merit. Jared and EESO could have been named simply as a way of pressuring him into testifying against the other defendants. Perhaps EESO is not as guilty as many are making them out to be, and Jared just got caught up with the wrong crowd.
