KIK: re UVE - does the 10K shed any light on the steadily declining results ? Hurricane season was relatively quiet for Florida last year. Have insurance premiums dropped sharply ? Have reinsurance rates been rising ?

I think a Q1 loss is on the way in the next two weeks, versus EPS of $.33 last year. Book value here is only $3, so a sub-$4 is quite possible IMO.
