Just thought I would share the email that I received from Dr. Jan today...

VSPC currently owns 59% of VGREF and will own 59% of VGREF after the final
closing (we still have a final payment to make in the acquisition). So there
is no change. VGREF contains the grass and IPA businesses.

So which one is it currently owns or will own 59% it can't be both. you can't us future and past tense in defining your ownership in the same sentence without it coming across as bull.
If it currently owns there is no need to "will own" it is already owned or it isn't.

If can put that in a e-mail then he needs to put it in a PR.

Technically Changs owns about 9/10's of VGE....read the S-1.....
his wife, kids, and cousins own the rest....as of 2/15.....

Now I ask you....like I ask bugle boy......IF THERE IS NO SECOND CLOSING....then does VSPC still own 59%?.......
