I am no lawyer, but to me it sounds like Liberty hasn't been responding to Worldspaces inquiries about the matters at hand, and today Liberty said stop bothering us and said'the hell with it'. So Worldspace said 'to hell with you too' and have a plan to de-orbit the birds, more or less rendering them useless. Since Worldspace knows that Liberty has a vested intrest in the bird(s) they are using this as a way to force their hand. There is a time line of one-two weeks here. At first glance it looks bad for us, but there is still a shot here. Any other interpertations?????
I think it has to do with new satellite already in place. Don't panic everyone. There has been too much work on this to just walk away. There is more to this story in my opinion...don't cancel the New Orleans party yet! :) John Malone is working his magic
