Given the conf call is not an official PR or SEC filing, I suspect Lee Cole misstated the year as 2011 and it is really May 2, 2010 if certain conditions are not met that allow SciGames to extend the contract. Maybe those conditions are being examined as we all grasp at interesting straws.

I believe from what docs. I've reviewed per this agreement that once the exclusive SGI North America (including Canada, U.S. and Mexico) and Italy lottery agreement expires (think I read somewhere is was inked in March '07), EGC can market the cards themselves to state/national lotteries in those specific geographic areas.
