Yes it is, but he is a CEO that isnt worrying about the PPS.
Communication is one thing, but we dont want hints, we want to see the contract and he will never be able to comment on it to an individual investor and not everyone.
an IR Firm is only to help distribute information and spread the word through their channels.
The IR firm STILL wont hint to individual investors no matter how bad we want them to.
All the IR will say is "read the Prs" and distribute what is out there.
Anything else is illegal. I know most penny stocks dont follow the rules exactly, but David has ran other public companies before and he isnt about to start 'leaking info' just for PPS reasons.
The people working the deals with him are on non dislosure aggreements, no competitor clauses, etc.
