Actually I've been watching a lot of other penny stocks mirror exactly what's happening with CGAQ today. I think it's just a lot of day traders doing business in the penny sector. I think that's why you're seeing the price it's currently at and why the volume has been so high. Nothing really to worry about. It's poised to start moving up in the next week or two.
