There may be nothing certain....

... but folks, you have GOT to understand that EVRM, being a Veteran-owned "8a" business, it puts them at the FRONT OF THE LINE for task orders. And, the gov't likes to "spread the wealth" (I know... I am a purchaser for Uncle Sam)... they like to include ALL businesses on contracts and will equally award TO's when ever possible. IMO, the time to buy EVRM is NOW... once the first wiff of a TO gets leaked, we are easily over 10 cents. Mark this post.
