I'm long on this but the OS is not 1.4... It's 10 billion... They have fully diluted. I called the transger agent and I know it's true... Still I think we can get a nice price for the technology, but it's in accurate to think the OS is still 1.4 billion

You are wrong. I did call them this AM. They confirmed the 9.6 Billion.

The news coming out on THRR will be huge. People on this board keep stressing that the A/S structure is 10 billion that is correct. But as of today the O/S structure is still the same 1.4 bilion. Like to stress the unimportant as to how many additional shares can be authorized from the A/S. It dosent matter if these shares are never activated!! How about doing some research the Transfer agent is Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer their number is [phone]. Check it out for yourself. The huge volume today is the flippers the 700mil+ short position and the covering of the short position. Let me ask everyone this question. How many of you this week bought and sold your position more than once. There is your answer. This is at the very least going to .005 and beyond. If the pr is released tomm and the pps were gonna get is .01 are you going to sell your shares for 1/5 that. Once the flippers and such are gone this will really rise. GLTA.
