As I said, you are right that the BD can amend the number of directors, but no where does it state they can remove or appoint a director with out the vote of shareholders. If this was a private corp. you might get away with this type control, or doesn't it matter that BEHL is a public company. I still would like to see how Alec Padilla was appointed to the BD, when DF and DS where the two original directors. When did you vote for AP?

Hey Big Bake, did we or did we not have a shareholders vote on the question of BOD? I seem to be missing something or confused, please enlighten me.
