SQNM - not sure if 'they' tanked it or if a bunch of real people didn't like the Conference Call chatter that started at 4:30 and led to a wave of selling as various possible support levels got taken out and the cascade down to $6 started in earnest. These buyers now are shorts covering and the occasional bargain hunter I expect. I didn't listen to the call nor do I know jack-shit about the company, other than the stock taking some of my money a long time ago. "It has a knack for that".

SQNM said, on its earning conf call, "With respect to financial guidance, given the fact that there is still ongoing litigation and governmental investigations, there are uncertainties related to legal expenses, as it is still early in terms of adoption of our recently launched diagnostic test, we will continue the practice of no longer providing detailed financial guidance, at least through the end of 2010."
