4X is obviously quite a sufficient dilution level of cobra venom as many, many people (including myself, my dad, and my wife) have tried OTC Cobroxin for stage 2 pain and found significant pain relief from arthritis, migraines, and more.
To give you an idea, 1 part per one and half million of fluoride in municipal water (i.e., more than 6X) is considered too high for human consumption, and should be lower to be safe.
Therefore, some substances can be very small in dilution and still be quite potent.
As another comparison, scientist say that it only takes botulism toxin in billionths of a gram to kill humans. There's not one knowing scientist in the world who would contend that 4X of botulism would be way, way more than enough to kill humans.
So, Cobroxin and Nyloxin Rx may qualify as homeopathic, but don't let naysayers convince you that the mere label of "homeopathic" alone must mean it's worthless medicine. It's worthless only if (1) the original substance has none of the properties claimed, and/or (2) if the original substance is diluted virtually to nothing. Cobroxin and Nyloxin Rx have (1) a substance (cobra venom) long proven effective in the treatment of pain; and (2) actually extant in solution in sufficient levels to relieve pain.
