jin... probably. The state filing is due next month. Wonder if it will be on time. Heven't checked lately to see if they finally filed for an occupational license for the county and state. Seems they are located in county that requires both... even if, as another poster stated, if registered as a corp in another state. I'll get back to you as soon as I find anything/nothing.
I'm down, $200.00 from this scam,part because of the past R/S..then part because I tried to average down,thinking this could at least pull out one more pump.
Even for a scam,its a terribly orchestrated one, which shows me the pathological arrogance of the perpetrator.
