Chair, I use Alphatrade for my pinksheets level II. They offer by far the best level II platform for pinks. However, it is about $44 a month. They do offer a free two week trial. IHUB now offers pinksheet level II, but it is not very good IMO. Etrade offers PowerEtrade Pro which has pinksheets level II, but you have to make 30 trades per quarter.
