#553 RE: buy4fun #549

buy4fun, I think it may be for several reasons.

My thoughts are the some are getting more nervous and thinking that maybe this drug may not get approved at all by the FDA, which I am guessing would be very little if any at all.

Another is that some are feeling that the FDA may only approve part and not whole of this drug in how it could be marketed.

I also think some are accumulating, but I am not sure how much in looking at the charts.

When I looked more into the 10-K filing with the SEC for year end, I did see some numbers that did not agree with what was posted here in an earlier post. Not a big difference on those few I saw, but I am going to look them over and repost the numbers the 10-K is reporting.

The message on this board relates to the last paragraph in (PART TWO - PHASE III STUDY AND APF530'S ADVANTAGES)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=47296166

In the end I think some just are not sure what to do and selling their shares, while others are accumulating and holding.

Buy4Fun ..here is my answer/theory....

I have no idea, but let me throw this thought out there....
Let's say insiders, who know much more than we, or people close to insiders who are not listed officers were trying to accumulate as many shares as possible before March 18th were trying to buy shares of a very LOW OUTSTANDING SHARE COUNT like APPA.

If one thought that the price was going north of $3 after March 18th ... and they kept selling small lots in volume to thwart any move up in price .. and were selling small 100 to 1000 share blocks in volume whenever they see buying coming in... and are/have been, successful in dropping the PPS each day even though the charts clearly show ACCUMULATION .... because at end of day or at some point they buy back all those shares and then some, at a lower price and take a loss on those small lots and say they were selling at $1.65....
after dropping PPS everyday ...they scare up more shares as investors get worried as they see there portfolio values going lower...and these same people buy back at say $1.61 .... do you think they care if they sold 200,000 shares at $1.65 then buy back 300,000 at $1.61 for a loss on that transaction of .04 cents.
If they believe that in a week they can sell those shares for $3 or more ... Makes sense to me ... sell to drop PPS to scare up shares from weak handed investors trying not to lose their profit or to reduce the loss if they bought at higher prices ... Whoever is accumulating, loosing a little but able to accumulate 100,000 more shares here and there that you can sell for nearly 100% profit in a week.

Horse sense if you ask me....
