#8586 RE: jbarr9134 #8585

To put the final polish on matters...let's...

Let's just play along with this notion...that is....

Let's just conclude that One Million Dollars-worth of UWRL Stock, at (or near) Friday's Closing Price...is SOLD into the open Market, thereby diluting. (That frightening concept!)

Now...Let's say the average Price received by the Seller(s) of that One Million Dollars-worth of UWRL Stock = 0.0025.

Now...That would work-out to appx. Four Hundred Million, 400,000,000, additional Shares. (Please correct my Math if it is incorrect lol!)

Now...400 + 350 (current O/S) = appx 750 Million O/S.

NOT BAD (faint praise!), considering. Obviously still far FEWER THAN ONE BILLION+ Shares Outstanding!

And, in this bizarre, treacherous, yet vastly rewarding Market (for those who THINK they know something, or have some sort of skill-set / expertise)...that all remains quite acceptable to me.

Any of you others here? What do you think? Big deal...even at the "worst," we still proceed with far fewer than a Billion Shares O/S.

May Heaven Bless us with the Grace, Patience, and Diligence to resourcefully continue! All the Best to Everybody! :-)
