CPRK FTD's were really bad in early 2009

This is the data they used to restrict buying of CPRK. There are many users who can verify when they began to have trading issues at Scottrade, Etrade, and Ameriturd.

Apparently as we are now finding out there is no auto mechanism to take a stock off the restricted list at the brokerages.

Somebody at the brokerage who has the ability to remove a stock from the internal brokerage restricted list has to review the current FTD data in a manual process of some sort.

I suspect a stock will just stay on the list forever if customers never complain. It is probably not on anybodies priority list....or on any list at all.
