I was just saying that that those Shares, if they ever fully manifest themselves, or such as they may become...those Shares are Restricted for 12 months.
Granted, whatever may occur AFTER that time is entirely not known by any of us lol.
Therefore, for now, they have no bearing on reality...as defined by the coming say, three of four months anyway. I am trying to keep it simple here, gack! :-0
Sorry, I don't mean to add to the confusion by splitting hairs. I just want things to proceed in the days, weeks, months in a profitable, prosperous trajectory for all of us.
And, I just don't see the need, or the benefit to prospective NEW Investors here, to Post such comments as "Not good" when it relates to an unfolding, swiftly evolving situation and transaction whereby all the exact details and future circumstances are not truly known and not fully fleshed-out...and NONE of us here truly knows just WHAT will transpire.
Another way to state it...my words and thoughts...Big deal, so they are raising a Million Dollars selling stock that is Restricted for 12 months! This is good news (if anything), because the funds-raised will facilitate the ongoing Merger activities, and besides --I / we...well, most of us I presume...will be long-gone by that date!
