There is no relationship...that is the problem. See, they thought they could just buy the shell of ASWD with the funds from the Petro Kansas shares, call it the same thing, and Whammo! Fortunately, the SEC claimed BS and halted trading of PTRZ for the mandatory 10 days, and placed them on the grey sheets when their outlandish numbers didn't even come close to adding up. Then there was the cease and desist order from Missouri, another debacle. Now, Petro Kansas receipt holders are waiting for the Willy Wonka "Golden Ticket" for 2+ years. Neither company has ANY legal binding to one another, other than that they share the same CEO, or as a courtesey to real CEO's, they share the same guy running the show. Although, from the sound of the calls, Johnny is calling the shots, Owen is just a puppet. PTRZ is all but forgotten now, a footnote of this story.
