Six of MNTA’s executive officers (everyone except CMO James Roach) and two of its non-executive directors have 10b5-1 plans. It’s the least likable thing about the company’s management team, IMO.

[MNTA] directors/officers are still all big holders…

As a group, MNTA’s insiders do own a lot of equity; however, only five insiders (Wheeler, Venkataraman, Brugger, Crane, and Sasisekharan) are big holders using my definition of big. The other officers and directors have shareholdings that are smaller than mine.
