CPQQ, fully knowing I'm not Bobwins my take on the stock is that I'm more than convinced that this stock will hit 6+ within the next 9 months or so but my beef is with the upcoming Q4 results because they might be a bit disappointing to the market because we might see a higher share count but not higher net income than in Q3 because they were pretty much at the max capacity plus outsourcing in Q3. Maybe they outsourced even more in Q4, that could certainly be the case but I doubt it.

So I was debating with myself what to do in regards to the stock and decided to only hold a minor position going into the earnings and buying more after it.

FWIW btw, somebody who met with management last week indicated that their new facility isn't yet operational which would be pretty disappointing as we already have mid march. I figured it was fully operational at the beginning of 2010 but that does not seem to be the case. Only judging by his few remarks I have read.

We will see soon I guess. Mid term a pretty good bet I think.

I sold out of cpqq.ob after the last financing. I didn't like the terms and felt the share count would hurt eps in the near term qtrs. Obviously the new factory could overwhelm the share count increase but that will take some time. I am waiting to see some concrete results and how bad the share count issue will affect eps.

The fundamentals for this stock are quite good. Great sector and their product appears to adress a fundamental issue in China's buildout of it's power grid. Should be a longer term hold. But I'm out for now.
