You have said that to me twice now, I understand questions and tone. Having said that you did not answer. As to report what report? If you are talking 10k that is at the end of month like everyone else, what is in a report that makes you feel better?

I thought you were referring to the Annual Report released today as interaction with shareholders. Anyways, like I said, it doesn't seem that the report was filed with the SEC. I would take it as a positive sign if it was.
