Where do you think the ten's of thousands in legal fees came from to accomplish the holding company, ProRemote acquisition, and Nazz R/S. They have all but maxed the 5B AS but as long as there is a plan to reduce it and end up with three revenue sources QED, ProRemote and Nazz then who cares. Why do people invest in pinksheet stocks but then question dilution, low or zero revenues, etc. Isn't that what they are all about? Hence the risk vs reward. Plan on losing all the money first but if it's a winner then a 500% gain is not out of the question.
