I have to admit..until a public company is officially bankrupt and no longer trading, there is always a chance of the PPS moving up. In the case of QEDN, Makmann has such a bad reputation here that it's more of a long shot. The PPS moving up on company news is very remote. The long and stongs would have to hope for a quick pump and dump to get any money back from all the shares the long and strongs own.
