In the early filings Glenn is President and JD is Vice President?!? What's up with that? Also, the last two annual filings did not have the officers information included?!? What's up with that?
It looks like Expo has to file three annual reports to the NC SOS to be in compliance? This is an easy adminstrative filing with no information besides the registration code, name of business, type of business and officers. Even EXPH management can handle this one.
could be...as I stated...apparently JD isn't a stickler for details...
A wholly owned subsidiary must maintain a legal standing to operate..JD can change the state of Incorporation if he wants to but must be legal...this is my understanding of the current Corprorate structure(EXPH/D&D displays) ....that is why I asked Springroll to ask JD if he intends to address the delinquent/1st step of dissolution notice.
