No problem at all, CTDH owns a number of IPs relatede to CD. I beleieve including the proses to make the derivative of CD needed for the drug.

CTD Holdings, Inc. was organized as a Florida corporation on August 9, 1990, with operations beginning in July 1992. CTD is directly supplying it to the medical facilities administrating it, why is that hard to comprehend?
