I first saw this knol by way of email last night from one of our closely knit former MEDX clan from Y! MEDX board, regrettably now defunct. Saw it on BMY Y! board earlier today before I started watching action in AMLN, and PPHM earnings call.

I think it a reasonably good piece on ipi from publicly available info. I'm sure Lonberg or Nichols know more.

I called MEDX to David's attention many years ago--can't remember whether he already knew about it long before he initiated coverage. I first invested back in 1998 or so on meeting Don Drakeman at Princeton where we both had been invited to speak to post-grads on opportunities outside academia.

I still maintain that we MEDX shareholders were robbed by BMY,
notwithstanding the largest capital gain I have seen in any of my holdings so far. I also disagree with BSR David that ipi is dead on arrival.
