CNYD - sold at 12.65 and everyone seemed to follow right after.

It'll go sometime but the wall at 12.70 and low volume was bringing this ride up to a stop for now...

CNYD - Probably forgot to enter price limit.

Somebody sold a couple thousand shares and most likely didn't put a price limit on their order, and that will cause dramatic moves on low volume stocks.
