This has been my line of thinking. Agree 100%. Great tech that will hopefully expand beyond the US once proved and established.

What I see with GoIP is even better than that. It is about immediate, enhanced convenience for customers from a customer service perspective and gaining immediate access to a buyer ready to make a buying decision from a sales/marketing standpoint.

Big companies and smaller companies know they need to provide that kind of customer service and sales interactivity. Mobile devices provide the most immediate means yet to do that.
