i don't know.. what i do know is i have not liked the level 2 even when its trying to push up... it seems to be batted down...
could be institutions or flippers with bucks.. or even shorters.
its off the my top stock list for now... there are other stocks not enthralled in the "unload shares game" for money to operate... when that all settles out and all the folks that got shares want a return they will ratchet it up i am sure... when they increased the AS i knew what was coming.. i should have sold out and just moved on for that timeframe... i hate slippage.. can eat up a portfolio before you realize what is going on.
