ryjo, I don't quite understand it..

I'll need to re-read it sometime later today. My first opinion
once I saw it was that they would need a shareholder vote like
the last time.

Then I noticed that the noteholders have voting priviledges.
At least, that's my memory. I will get back to you on that.
