Don't know. Most of these types have their runs. One thing is certain: Bub will not mine anything. If you really want to research this one, read over all the posts. Lots of interesting personalities including an individual and his wife who were "played" by Bob in the Philippines.
Bob is always close to getting the permits, mining, and so on....but he never quite gets the job done....and so he hooks a new anticipating bunch each time the game is played.
Simply, it's a good story that never pans out. Trade it if you want, but don't expect an investment to work out.
