As you well know..many times when websites are either having maintenance done or changes are being made..they are taken offline..It happens all the time..
It happens all the time when people don't know what they are doing or they didn't pay their hosting bill.
Otherwise, no, it doesn't happen all the time.
Perhaps Target or Lowe's didn't like them using their name on the website to make investors think that they were somehow involved. You know like the many many posts where people commented about Target and Lowe's?
So once again to avoid legal problems they had to suddenly take the site down.
No. I still think it is maintenance on the web site. But if it is their web designer isn't working very smart. The old pages could be left up while the new one's is being worked on. Then switched when the new one is ready. There is zero need to shut it down completely while being worked on.
