I think you have to be a lawyer to know all the acceptable language of contracts. I will admit, these dealings have been very difficult to get a handle on. I'm still trying to figure out where these new officers came from.They themselves could have taken control and may announce a different merger, I have no idea at this point. I'll have to read these 3 prs several more times.
