Hi stanky. Quite the opposite. If this scenario played out our stake wouldn't be diluted by 1 billion shares, it would be concentrated by that amount.

Assigned shares that aren't in the outstanding share grouping are not yet issued to the public. So, in order to buy and retire shares, they would be buying open market or restricted shares. A share not yet offered doesn't have any value.

PW, can you clean this up?
