Honestly, I'm too confused about the various ownerships and funding sources to know what this all means.
I am a little curious as to why Copernic's funding is going to help the "Port Hope" project get off the ground. This seems a bit contrary to my belief that all these Sunbays are separate, with Copernic controlling "Canada Sunbay", and WLSA operating "America Sunbay", etc. Although this strokes my fear that Copernic will own WLSA at the end of the day, I think a more reasonable explanation is that multiple backers will simply make it easier for all Sunbays to get loans.
Regarding NLI-WLSA thing, I don't see anything to suggest that John won't stick to the plan of having NLI return money and shares to WLSA. Can anyone else? I am nervous though, that John still owns so much NLI and so little WLSA. If John intended on doing things fairly, NLI seems to be getting increasingly left-out. Is this the reality, or does John have something up his sleeve?
I think we are close to having everything revealed. It is promising that we are no longer surrounded by deafening silence. Even if John tries to keep WLSA owners in the dark, CNIC filings should reveal a lot.
I am increasingly optimistic that the things we have been waiting for, are all about to happen.
