Etrade, schwab and zecco are all penny friendly. Scottrade and TDA ameriturd are less friendly to penny stock trading IMO.

I am a newbie too, I have been through sharebuilder, scottrade and etrade in the past two week trying to get funds through to invest in this stock. Sharebuilder doesn't offer it, Scottrade places restrictions on funds for three days for stock under $4. Finally opened a Etrade account but already had money in with Scottrade. Going to let this investment sit in Scottrade but I am partially distributing and rolling over my 401k to Etrade.
