I respectfully disagree. I believe the longs are still in. Those who have taken profits have probably done so earlier in the week. (sell on the news) We have many who sold earlier in the week getting back in at 0.0029-0.0031 and will hold those most likely till we break 0.004. The retired shares will also do nothing but help. This security has just become 40% less available.

We seem pretty strong at 0.003 and should continue to climb based on word of mouth thanks to the net. My google news alerts have just started to go crazy and this will do nothing but help us here.

I call a reduction of authorised shares from 10B to 6B a fundamental change. There is also a change in the board of directors, a new website which is coming a new company name etc.

That is substantial news.
Keep in mind that this stock once had a share price of + 0.30 dollar. PPS is way oversold and what is happening now is just a compensation of that based on substantial news.

I believe that this stock will hit + 0.01 dollar in less than 1month.

True, it probably will not go up to .36 cents again as there will be more shares, however it should make it to the single digits or the very low double digits (penny wise).
