I didnt see anything wrong with Company putting out a response about the lawsuit. Calling NVLT a scam, just because trial result didnt work out in somebodies financial interest is irresponsible. It is a part of the process. The trial is designed to find out what needs to be done for the drug to be successfull. Most of them fail initially. Pfizer failed their trial on Viagra initially too, we all know how that ended.
