Svalente,

The line of credit is one of many short-term, bridge, and long-term financing options that they are currently discussing and negotiating. To my knowledge, none of them are finalized at this time. Which probably explains why the mill is still down.

I have been hearing how long term financing is very close for over a year now (since my visit on 2/5/09). They keep insisting that they are close. I just hope that they mean a lot closer than they were a year ago.

As certain as we can be of any information contained in this interview.

Production levels were not so much based on our ability to get the mill “dialed in” as they were based on the ability to have enough capital to be able to supply the Mill with the necessary power and chemicals to become self-sustaining. We are addressing that issue now and I believe that the new “interim” buyer has agreed to provide a limited revolving LOC based on production.

we can't be sure of anything. we can't even find out if the ore is being crushed. cm is out of the office. didn't we ask him this a day ago and he said that he would talk to dave or whoever is in charge. i guess he couldn't get that secretive information.
