LOL prospector...it's refreshing to me to see
a company fed up with the day in and day out shorting effort, that he is taking the direct approach, and let's emphasize DIRECT.
Undervalued companies have tried lawsuits, dividends, relistings, mergers, reverse splits, etc. To date, nothing has worked and no action in the past by government agenies have made a difference.
In 2 days he has told us what he feels his company is worth and explained that other companies have expressed interest in a buyout. He has revealed the float and O/S, and the market waits to see the clarification of the .10/share pr.
No games or end-arounds here, rather it's laying the cards on the table, with more news from this likely to come.
I restaked some again this afternoon.
