Of course the new bills are lower denominations. But it sounds to me their going to raise the value of the Dinar against the dollar and then do roughly a 1000:1 ratio exchange for the new denominations. Therefore destroying the best profit potential we have all been patiently waiting for. I don't quite see your logic.
