The skinny, I was hearing was that the merger was delayed do to paper work surrounding some legal aspect. I was made a ware of this back in February. Recently was told that they have all but corrected any issues and would bring closure to the agreement mid month of March 2010. That has a target of next week. So to have any validity down the road, we should have a PR one day next week.
