That's the ticket, always look at the bright side of bad situations. Reminds me of the fellow walking up the steps of the gallows who observes the fact that at least he will be a good 1/2 inch taller in just a few short minutes.

It's obvious to all that the OSC and Vucicevich et al are working in accord.... and soon PV and friends will all be 1/2 inch taller.

Just exactly what language in that order leads you to believe the "2 sides are cooperating with each other"???? That's an amazing conclusion when nothing more than a mundane, procedural order setting another hearing was issued.

Allow me to give you my interpretation of its meaning:

IT MEANS, AND ONLY MEANS, THAT A FINAL CONCLUSION IS CLOSER THAN IT WAS BEFORE MARCH 4. THE OUTCOME OF THE FINAL HEARING ON THE MERITS WILL NOT BE POSITIVE FOR THE CRIMINAL SCAMMERS.
