You do know that trading is typically in blocks of 100 or greater that such a small order will not be executed until a large enough order is accumulated before they execute it. It has nothing to do with pending release of information or manipulation but in fact your very small order that will not be processed until they can move 100 or more shares at one time. They got all day to move your order.
Even worse whomever is sitting at the ASK may have an AON in and in which case you can completely forget it.
