Pinksheets has received nothing to date from ENTK as far as filings, you would know the instant they receive them, it would be in the filings tab. The disposition of those filings can take up to three days before PS does anything with the information tier, or they may kick it back to the company to either update information or add more information. But no matter what, PS will not keep the filings from you the shareholder to look at what the company has submitted to date. Because it is in your best interest as an investor to see how your company operates and interacts with external entities as well as provide what little information they are willing to give up.
