Everybody needs to quit trying to pump this stock. Instead of pumping it let's buy all the shares we can while theres no interest and the price is low.
Things will come to pass in time. We have to let the company do it's work.
One thing I noticed, that I haven't heard anyone mention is, the last two filings with the SEC are UNAUDITED. IMO, these filings would have to audited before any merger was to happen. I would expect to see these filings updated to audited financials before any PR about the merger being finished.
