Legacy, I have to agree with PW here, it's the right of every shareholder to be able to look at the books for the companies they are invested in. It is also the duty of every public company to release those books to their shareholders in a kind and timely fashion. Financial statements are not proprietary information that must be hidden until some agenda point is met.

Internal e-mails to and from potential investors is perfectly normal to have sealed. Not financials.

not when you are a public copmany selling stock to the public. Your statement is true of a private company - this isnt one of those.
