Hi Big,

It's probably an individual trying to force the pps (up or down) and either entice buyers or sellers at that price. MM's do this frequently to instigate a transaction (either a buy or sell).

Basically SPOF, due to low volume, has been walked down this way from .012 i.e. small sells at the bid, enticing bigger sells and hence dropping the share price significantly on low volume. It's all part of the game.

SPOF, is a great buy at this price imo as when "the right PR" strikes, this will "pop" to .01 in 5 minutes and it's an easy 100%, but one will need to be patient.
