I'm not holding my breath for a Fair Funds distribution from Turino's assets. The SEC waits to see how much they can collect first. If it's an amount that is significant enough to distribute to shareholders then they ask the Judge for an order and they have to prepare a distibution plan. These funds don't go to the company. I got the distribution information last year from one of the SEC attornies when I called about another stock.
The problem with these lawsuits is that you can get a judgement but then you have to collect. Last I heard Turino was in Russia. I would be hugely surprised if he paid up on any judgements. So the next option for the SEC is to go after any hard assets they can find and liquidate them. I also think there are other judgements against him ~ CMKX maybe? Can't remember.
For this stock I think the thing to hope for is trading again on an open exchange. jmo
